Terms of Service

1. -  Pay first. Then I’ll start working.
You can either ask for my PayPal account, or you can also give me yours so I can send you an invoice.
In case that you don't have a PayPal account, we can discuss another way for you to pay.
 

If you can’t afford the prize of the commission right away, there’s the option of paying 50% of the artwork right after receiving a first WIP, and paying the other 50% before receiving the complete commission.
This method of payment will also be the one by default if the total proze of a commission reaches $70 or surpasses it.
If the total prize reaches or surpasses $200, we can discuss a payment method.
 

You can ask for WIPs anytime, free of charge.

2. - I won’t work by no means in anything that may be related to or contain:
 

• Religion / Beliefs (with exception of mythology. Angel and demon OCs are allowed while the commission doesn’t have a preaching intent itself).

• Hate speech.

• Political content of any partie or ideology.

• Abuse / Pedophilia / Non-consensual sex (yes, that includes the fluffy pony fandom).

3. - You can ask for a refund while the commission hasn’t been finished:
 

• of the 50% given before receiving the first WIP.

• of the total prize if you have paid the total prize of the commission before anything.

 

The ammount of money given back will depend on the stage of the commission. You’ll receive a complete refund if the commission is at a sketch/lineart stage. You’ll receive a 50% if it’s at the coloring/shading stage. You’ll be given 25% of the refund if the background is on process.

 

Once the commission has been cancelled, I won’t continue working on and you’ll be left with what I already sent you. You can ask for me to continue and pay anytime.

4.-  When reposting the artwork/s in any website, you’re required to credit me everytime you do it. You’re paying for my service; you hold rights over your character but I hold rights over the image. When commissioning a custom character, I partially hold rights over the character, no matter the use it’s given.

And, above all, don't remove my watermark!

5.- You must have authority over the character/ or image/s you’re commissioning me to draw. It must be of your property inherently, or you must give proof that the owner agrees completely with the commission.

This doesn’t apply to fanarts or fancharacters, of course.

6.- You must be at least 18 to commission a NSFW or Gore artwork. I won't be responsible for any trouble that you may have for lying about your age. You've been warned.

7.- Give all the details you need before the commission starts and tell me if I have to correct something when I send WIPs. I won’t be responsable for any mistake in a commissioned artwork due to lack of information.

8.- I’ll accept to make changes to an artwork after you’ve received the final result, and I’ll only do it once. Please, provide any important information then. Also, by no means I will be giving a refund if the commission has already been finished, no matter the reason. You've paid for the artwork and you've already received it, that's a final point. This also applies for adopts, custom designs and auctions.

9.- I reserve the rights of making prints of my artworks and of reposting them anytime, mostly for self-promotion of my commissions.

10.- If you’d like to commission me something which I haven’t included in any commission sheet or info, contact me and we’ll discuss a prize. Although I accept negotiations, this prize will not be based on your budget, but in the difficulty of the commission and how time it takes for me to do it. If you ask me for traditional art, the prize will be based on the time spent and on the cost of the materials used.

 

11.- I won’t be imitating any other artist’s style. Please, don’t ask me to do an artwork in [series] style or [artist] style. I won’t do it and will stick to my own style.
